The crew at the Cross Roads location has proven on several occasions that they genuinely attempt to live up to their name - Integrity.
We have used them over the years for regular maintenance and the occasional major repair. A couple of examples are worth calling out:
1) they honored their original quote on a job that ended up requiring for more work and parts that originally quoited;
2) they owned up to a mistake they made with a friends car, and went the extra mile to make it right;
3) doing little things such as fixing a hanging splash guard, and drive-by tire pressure checks for free.
We recommend them to everyone and have had no complaints.
